- What counts as a conversation?
- One visitor, one thread. However many questions they ask, it counts once — otherwise the number would mean nothing to you.
- What happens when I hit the limit?
- The widget stops opening new conversations for the rest of the month and tells visitors to contact you directly. Threads already in progress keep working.
- Can I move between plans?
- Yes, from the billing page, and it takes effect immediately. Everyone starts on Free — there is no trial to expire, you just upgrade when the limits start to pinch.
- Who can see my catalogue?
- Your catalogue is scoped to your workspace. The widget only ever returns products from it, and price visibility is a setting you control.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from the billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to the free limits.
